Shipping · for Ecommerce

OpsUI's Shipping/Outbound module ships first-party integrations with NZ Couriers, Australia Post, Toll, DHL, StarTrack, Sendle and Mainfreight. No Starshipit, no ShipStation, no monthly per-label markup.

Ecommerce shipping costs in ANZ are made worse by middleware. Most operators stack their WMS plus a shipping aggregator plus the carrier: three layers, three monthly fees, three reconciliation surfaces. OpsUI cuts the middle layer out: carrier APIs wire directly into the Shipping module against your existing carrier accounts.

Built for ecommerce & d2c

What this module brings to ecommerce & d2c operations.

First-party NZ carriers

NZ Couriers live in production today. NZ Post, Mainfreight configurable. No MyParcels round-trip, no aggregator subscription.

First-party AU carriers

Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Toll, DHL all configurable through the Shipping module against your existing carrier accounts.

Wave picking aligned to carrier cutoffs

Picks release in waves aligned to NZ Couriers, NZ Post, and Aus Post same-day cutoffs. The pick screen shows priority orders first; the cutoff timer is visible to the picker.

Live rates at order entry

Carrier rates can be quoted at the storefront or order desk before the order is committed. Service tier selection drives the right pick wave automatically.

End-of-day manifest, auto-submitted

Manifest generates from the dispatch queue and submits to each carrier automatically. Nobody is exporting CSVs at 5pm.

Tracking events on the order timeline

Carrier scans flow back into OpsUI as they happen (picked up, in transit, delivered) and sit on the order timeline alongside picking, packing, and customer comms.

Common questions

Does this replace Starshipit / ShipStation?
For ANZ operators, usually yes. Starshipit and ShipStation are aggregators that sit between your WMS and the carrier. They exist because most WMS platforms do not integrate carriers natively. OpsUI does, so the middle layer becomes redundant. The exception is operators who heavily use Starshipit-specific features (their dispatch screen, their automation rules). Those can continue to run alongside if you want.
Can I switch carriers mid-flight?
Yes. Carrier selection happens per shipment, not per customer or per channel. If NZ Couriers loses a service tier or rates change, switch to NZ Post for affected SKUs without re-implementing.
What about trans-Tasman shipping (NZ to AU or AU to NZ)?
OpsUI runs on separate regional domains (opsui.co.nz, opsui.au) with separate data residency. Trans-Tasman dispatch goes via DHL or Australia Post International depending on your account. The Shipping module treats trans-Tasman as a normal route, not a special case.
